Stoneyworks is the umbrella brand. The actual legal entity that contracts with customers, holds the trade marks and stands behind every product is Franchise Family Ltd, registered in England and Wales. This page is the short version of who that entity is, where it operates from, and what to expect at the security and compliance stage of a B2B engagement. The product-level details (DPAs, hosting, security questionnaires) live on each product’s own domain.
The legal entity
Stoneyworks is the public brand of FRANCHISE FAMILY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17179848. The trading name “Stoneyworks” and the products in the portfolio are operated by the same entity. The contractual jurisdiction for all engagements is England and Wales — a transparent, internationally recognised legal framework for B2B work.

Data protection posture
We comply with UK GDPR and EU GDPR. The Stoneyworks website itself processes only the personal data you choose to send us (name, work email and message via the contact form; email only via newsletter signup, when active). It does not run advertising trackers and does not embed third-party analytics that profile visitors across sites.
Each product in the portfolio operates as a separate processor under its own DPA, on its own domain, with its own security programme. Product-level questions belong on the product page; umbrella-level questions belong here.

Engagement model
Stoneyworks itself is not a sales channel. The umbrella site does not contract with customers, take payments or provide software services. All commercial relationships happen on the product domains under the product’s own terms of service, with Franchise Family Ltd as the contracting entity. The umbrella exists to publish the philosophy that runs through every product, the legal entity that stands behind them, and the trust layer that lets B2B partners verify any of it.
For partnerships at the umbrella level (group licensing across multiple products, agency partnerships, journalism enquiries, speaking requests), hello@stoneyworks.uk is the right address.
Security disclosure
For security-related concerns — either with the umbrella site or with any product — please email security@stoneyworks.uk with a description of the issue. We acknowledge security reports within one working day and aim to triage within five. Vulnerabilities reported in good faith are not pursued legally (responsible disclosure).
