A workshop, not a startup
We make operations tools for the people who actually run things.
Stoneyworks is a small workshop in south London. It builds operations tools for distributed and multi-location businesses — franchise networks, frontline teams, digital agencies, the people who open at 6 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. and never have time for the dashboards consultants designed for them.
Each tool we ship is one we needed ourselves first. Then we hand the file over.
Since 2008
I’ve been building operations tools for distributed and multi-location businesses. Stoneyworks is the workshop those tools are made in today.
— Ernest, Stoneyworks
3 live tools
Franchise.Family, onboarding.team and Saldo — each on its own domain, each used in production, each with paying customers.
Three roadmaps
Each product runs on its own domain, its own pricing and its own customers. The workshop keeps the philosophy consistent across all of them.
Portfolio - The tools we’ve actually shipped.
Three live products today, each on its own domain, each used in production. More tools are quietly in build and will land in 2027.
In the workshop
More tools on the roadmap. Shipping in 2027.
We will only push a tool out of the workshop when it works on its own. No pre-announcements, no waitlists for vapourware. The next ones are quiet for now.
Want to talk to the workshop?
We answer email properly. No chatbots, no funnel. If your operation is the kind of thing we’ve built tools for, we’ll probably enjoy the conversation.
